Call Center Agent for Medical Offices and Patient Care

At Gentle Dental, our priority is our patients, and providing them with the highest standard of care. Our relationship with a patient begins early on with a phone call. Our Call Center Agents serve as patient services representatives and are ready to assist, whether it’s setting up their first appointment, educating patients, or handling concerns.

This position works out of our corporate office in Inglewood.  Far from the typical call center environment, there is an emphasis on teams, culture, and service.  With over 150+ dental offices, there is room for growth and advancement within our corporate or field teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high volume inbound phone calls while compassionately handling questions and/or concerns
  • Schedule new patient appointments
 Compensation:
  • Hourly base pay with bonus plans
  • Successful agents can expect to earn between $15 and $20 per hour after bonuses
 Benefits:
  • Call Center Agents are eligible for full medical benefits and Paid Time Off.  The company covers the majority of the cost for insurance and medical benefits for employees can be elected for as low as $30 per month.
