On the Job Training and Development to become a Registered Dental Assistant.

Once trained and certified, Registered Dental Assistants can expect to earn between $17 and $23 per hour in the Coachella Valley metro area with full benefits.

The position will begin as a Sterilization Technicians with a Compensation Range of $11.00 - $13.00 per hour to complete the following Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Scrub and wash surgical instruments, containers, and equipment, such as aspirators and suction units.
  • Sterilize instruments, equipment, surgical linens, and supplies, such as surgical packs and treatment trays, using an autoclave, sterilizer, or antiseptic solutions.
  • Prepare packs of supplies, instruments, and dressing and treatment trays, according to designated lists or codes, and wrap, label, and seal packs.
  • Store prepared articles and supplies in designated areas.
  • Fill requisitions, write charges, and inventory supplies.
  • Conducts spore testing on autoclaves and records results.
  • Log required information regarding the disposal of hazardous waste materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
During your first year on the job, we’ll invest in your development to teach you the necessary skills to become licensed and grow into a Dental Assisting career.
 
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma/Equivalent
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Dental Office Experience a plus
