At Gentle Dental, our Practice Managers are committed to and passionate about their practice. As the leader of the team they ensure that their office runs smoothly from open to close. In partnership with a Director of Operations and an Area Clinical Director, the purpose of the Practice Manager is to ensure that our dental practices provide exemplary customer service, via engaged employees, in an efficient, profitable manner. 
Duties & Responsibilities:  
  • Manage the daily non-clinical operations of your assigned office including patient satisfaction, non-clinical team selection, and team member performance development and management.
  • You’ll be passionate about providing a superior patient experience, demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs with an urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction in accordance with their needs, our policies and procedures, government regulations and dental board standards.
  • You’ll have FUN while helping to provide a seamless and unforgettable dental experience for every patient AND help to create a collaborative, engaging, and happy team environment in the practice. 

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a sales management or retail management environment, some combination of management and sales required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceeds goals, and maximizes opportunities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, both internally and with patients.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications and other office related products.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
